Terms and conditions for car rent

Required Documents (for a customer who lives in Thailand)

   1. A copy of a valid identity card or passport.

   2. A copy of valid Thailand Driving License.

   3. The original of the employment contract or work permit or salary slip

   4. The original of lease agreement.

Required Documents (for a customer from abroad)

   1. A copy of valid Identity Card

   2. A copy of valid passport

   3. A copy of the valid International Driving License

Remark:

1. When you pick up the car, you will be asked to sign a "Car Rental Agreement". 

2. Additional charges for gasoline, toll fee, parking fee, etc. will be your responsibility. 

3. To deliver a car to your hotel / house / apartment, we charge extra THB 300 and another THB 300 to pick up the car up (THB 500 for airport area and some traffic jam areas such as Silom Road, Surawong Road, etc.) . 

4. For your convenience please make an advanced booking, for urgent booking we need at least 2 hours advanced notice for arrangement.

Remark:

1. Each car has insurance and personal accident insurance, unlimited mileage.

2. We supply a full tank of fuel and we will return with a full tank. Failure to return the vehicle with a full tank will result in additional charges.

3. Please check the distance (Km.) Of your detination at https://maps.google.com.

4. Each car will spend about 10 kms / liter (no traffic jam outside the city) and 8 kms / liter (jam traffic inside the city)

5. Speed limit is 120kmph. 90kmph for downtown area of every province. It will be your responsibility to pay any charges for any traffic violation / s and over speeding penalties.

6. Carefully read every detail about the car provided at the table above, the type of gasoline needed for each car. Filling up the tank with the wrong type of gasoline will destroy the "fuel pump" and "fuel filter." Thus, the costumer will be kept accountable to cover all the damage costs.

If you are not blessed enough to have an international license or you do not want to have a hassle with figuring out your way in Thailand we can provide an optional driver for you that is able to speak English and knowledgeable in the surroundings of Bangkok.

Remark:

1. Each driver will leave our company at 8.00am going to the agreed up location, serving untill 6.00pm, overtime charge after 10hrs completely is THB 200 / hr (for other cars) and THB 300/hr (for Toyota Alphard Vellfire).

2. If you request for late appointments around 2pm or after, please write to us.

3. Additional charge for accommodation to stay overnight in Bangkok is THB 600 / night.

4. If there is no jam traffic on the road, the cost of fuel is about THB 4.00 - 6.00 / Km, but our company can help and save the customer by switching petrol (benzine) and natural gas (LPG) and offer:
